If you have a lost pet, please contact our office by email, phone, or fax with the pet’s name, breed, age, color, male/female, date that pet was lost, general location of where it was last seen, was he/she wearing a collar, and does he/she have a microchip. Please include if your pet has medical needs, and your name and telephone numbers where you can be reached during the day and evening. Providing a picture of your pet is also helpful.

As much information that you can give, will be helpful to the safe return of your pet. We will be more than happy to help find your pet by posting all the information you leave for us on our communication board located in our clinic lobby.

If you have found a pet with our clinic name and number, please contact our clinic at (817)-431-9591. We will do everything we can to contact the owner.

If you find a pet that is not wearing a collar, please call your area veterinary hospitals and animal control to see if anyone has reported a missing pet. We will also post a message on our webpage with your contact information. If you cannot locate the pet’s owner, you can take the pet to your local animal control. Most pet owners will check with their local animal control if their pet has been lost.
