Dear Southlake Crossing Animal Clinic Current and Future Clients,
Thank you for all your support and trust during this Covid-19 pandemic. This has been a life changing experience for us all. In all of this we continue to strive to provide high quality veterinary care and client service to you and your pets.
We continue to be open normal hours and here for you and your pet with “Curbside” Appointments and Services. Here is what you can expect:
- * Our lobby and exam rooms will remain closed at this time, our office hours remain the same.
- * We will be admitting patients from the parking lot. Please park in a numbered parking space, if available, and call us when you arrive.
- * We are providing both routine wellness visits and non-essential services as time allows.
- * We are prioritizing care for sick and injured pets.
- * Medications and food will be delivered to you vehicle, please call when you arrive.
- * If a surgery or medical consent for is needed we are encouraging clients to fill those out electronically here on our website under the “New Client” tab.
- * Payments are taken over the phone if possible and receipts are emailed to you.
If it appears to be time for your pet to Cross the Rainbow Bridge, please speak with one of our Customer Services Representatives and we will make special arrangements for you.
We will be asking anyone who does enter to wear a mask and have their temperatures checked with a touch-free forehead thermometer. We do also encourage you to wear a mask whenever interacting with one of our staff. If you are unwell or have flu-like symptoms, please stay home and have someone you trust bring your pet.
We do also have Telemedicine appointments available for qualifying visits.
