Great place for your pet. I've been taking my dog, Toby, there since his adoption in 2017. They are patient with him since he's shy and they are very communicative. Even during these days of COVID - communication is great. For normal visits, the vet tech comes to the car before and after the visit to answer any questions. And, if there is specific or detailed information to share, the vet will even come to the car.I adopted a second dog (Babe) earlier this year. Unfortunately he ate something he should not have and it required an emergency visit 2 days before his scheduled initial exam. They were GREAT!! They spent a lot of time figuring out what was wrong and arranged for care at an emergency surgery hospital when additional help was needed. They kept in touch with me through the whole process. Everyone I talked with was kind and knew of Babe's situation even though this was the very first time they met him. My dog is back to his normal happy go lucky self and finally had his "initial" exam!!I believe everyone at Southlake Crossing truly loves animals and want the best for them. That has been my experience for more than 3 years and I'm sure many years to come!!
We made the switch from another vet who seemed more concerned with money and procedures than our 10.5 year old boxers quality of life. I was Immediately impressed with the office staff and Dr V was wonderful at explaining what was going on and the several options we had moving forward. I truely felt like our dog was cared for and our pocketbook wasn’t gauged.
Dr V is a wonderful vet. I wouldn’t take my Frenchie to anyone else. I have been a client for 15 years. They are great
They take great care of our fur babies. Not the cheapest option but first place in our area we found that really seems to treat our pets like we do.

Bandit had been sick for the whole weekend. I called Southlake Crossing they saw him that same morning. They were very kind and gentle with Bandit, even with the COVID the young lady that came to the car listened to what I said about Bandit and followed through with what I said. Bandit is doing much better because of their help.
Excellent staff. Our pet, Luckie was in pain and we took her here without prior appointment. SCAC is not the primary care giver of our pet, yet they were accommodating and took care of our pet. We cannot thank you enough Angles. highly recommend.

We have been taking our two little fur babies to Southlake Crossing Animal Clinic for the last 5 years since we moved to Texas from California. Without exception, every visit has been wonderful. Every single person we come in contact with from phone call to doctor visit, is met with exemplary customer service and the doctors have proven to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all matters. This group of doctors saved my one little pup (Lulu) from near death with a very quick diagnosis of Thrombocytopenia and quick intervention to get us in to a highly specialized team in Lewisville. This lifelong disease is now well under control and our baby is thriving.One of the things I appreciate the most is how the doctors really take the time to answer questions and care for our babies as their own. Their kindness and tenderness with our girls is very different from any vet we had in the past. We have received assistance from each of the doctors at Southlake Crossing Animal Clinic and they are all fantastic. These people LOVE their animals. We love them back!!!

The vets at Southlake Crossing Animal Clinic have been treating my pets for over 10 years. They are all knowledgeable, professional and extremely caring. They take the time to explain their diagnosis, treatment plan, and other recommendations. They answer all of the owner's questions and don't make you feel rushed. My usual vet is Dr. Valdivia who is awesome. Recently on a weekend my dog was treated for the first time by Dr. Esser as she was dehydrated, as well as seen for a followup a few days later. He likewise was awesome. All of the staff are very helpful and professional. I highly recommend Southlake Crossing Animal Clinic.

We've been going to SCAC for over 20 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. We've had multiple dogs and cats and they take the best care of them. Our current dog was just diagnosed with cancer and the clinic has been just great about helping us. And Dr. Cox did a fabulous surgery removing the tumor and reconstructing our dog's lip.
Love everyone at Southlake Crossing!! They all treat my dog fantastic and are extremely responsive to any inquiries I have! As long as I live in DFW I will continue to use Southlake Crossing!
