Dr. Mark Cox was born and raised in San Antonio. He received his undergraduate and doctorate degrees from Texas A&M University, graduating from Veterinary School in 1987. He started Southlake Crossing Animal Clinic in 1991 after working as an associate in Bedford, Texas for four years. He met his wife, Carol, while at Texas A&M and has been married for over 25 years. They have two children, Hilary and Ryan. They currently have  Golden Retrievers, and  Arabian horses.  Dr. Cox enjoys golf, fishing, woodworking and working in his yard.  
 
 
  

Dr. Mike Valdivia has lived in Texas for most of his life. He received his Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from New Mexico State University in 1997 and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University in 2002. He has been at Southlake Crossing Animal Clinic since his graduation. His primary professional interest is surgery. He currently lives in Keller with his wife, son and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys drawing, playing various sports and teaching in his church. 
   
 
  
 
Dr. Susan Boeving spent most of her childhood in Houston.  She received a Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A & M University, graduating in 1993.  After graduation, she moved to the DFW area with her husband Doug and has been practicing in the Keller/Southlake area since 2000.  She lives in Keller with her husband and their two children, Zach & Alyssa. The family enjoys their Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Chihuahuas, cat & horse named Deuce. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine with special interests in dentistry & ear infections.  She loves spending time with her family, horseback riding & teaching at her church.
