Dr. Mark Cox was born and raised in San Antonio. He received his undergraduate and doctorate degrees from Texas A&M University, graduating from Veterinary School in 1987. He started Southlake Crossing Animal Clinic in 1991 after working as an associate in Bedford, Texas for four years. He met his wife, Carol, while at Texas A&M and has been married for over 25 years. They have two children, Hilary and Ryan. They currently have Golden Retrievers, and Arabian horses. Dr. Cox enjoys golf, fishing, woodworking and working in his yard.

Dr. Mike Valdivia has lived in Texas for most of his life. He received his Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from New Mexico State University in 1997 and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University in 2002. He has been at Southlake Crossing Animal Clinic since his graduation. His primary professional interest is surgery. He currently lives in Keller with his wife, son and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys drawing, playing various sports and teaching in his church.

Dr. Sabrina Vobornik was born and raised in the Houston, Texas area. After spending a few years as a sea lion keeper and she started undergraduate coursework in Northern California. She moved to Oklahoma with her husband, Zach and finished her Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology at the University of Oklahoma in 2004. She received a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State University in 2009 and enjoyed the first year of her veterinary career completing a Small Animal Medicine and Surgery Rotating Internship at Georgia Veterinary Specialists in Atlanta. She and her husband, Zach have been together for 10 years and their family consists of three beautiful dogs, Abbey, Morty and Logan and a mischievous cat, Dallas. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening and volunteering. We are really looking forward to her being a part of our Southlake Crossing family.
